Who We Are
FACES Education was founded in 1999 by Rick Bullock and was developed initially to meet the needs of Livingstone Range School Division students who often flew under the radar. We quickly learned that all students would benefit from this powerful learning experience. Dave Orr joined Rick Bullock as a partner in 2008 and since then FACES has grown into a highly respected and sought after program that is open to all Alberta students.

Why FACES
FACES creates a community that is safe and supportive. This environment fosters connection that deeply impacts students. We have come to understand, that through connection, we more fully understand and feel our personal value.
Within this community, a safety emerges that enables students to take the risk of being vulnerable. This vulnerability, accompanied by wise and essential boundaries, is the fertile ground that nourishes appropriate and healthy risk taking. Eye-opening awareness of thoughts, feelings and actions inevitably follow.
